• NeDA - REDA Update

  Neighborhood Development Alliance (NeDA) and REDA are still in the merger process. Everything takes longer than anticipated. But we are still moving forward. In the meantime, NeDA has welcomed four of REDA’s board members to its board. And
  NeDA is beginning to institute the "REDA Program."
  
  The REDA program will continue to nurture, grow and maintain a strong business association that will facilitate developments within West Side commercial districts with strong street level business opportunities. Through NeDA’s partnership with Metropolitan Consortium of Community Developers (MCCD), new and established businesses may be able to access assistance in business planning, marketing tools, and financial planning. The list of loan products include: Loan Packaging/Facilitation, Micro Loans, Bank Partnership Loans, Real Estate Participation Loans, Real Estate Acquisition Financing, and Transactional Financing.
  
  Along with WSCO, the City of St. Paul and other key allies, we will continue our work to strengthen community and build on our past successes. Thank you for your support.
